We were on the way back from Jungraujoch to Lucerne, we have about an hour wait in Interlaken, we decided to go out and have a drink, there is a large coop however it was closed so we saw this little cafe and gave it a try. We had the hot chocolate and an apple cake / pie. It seems a little bit of a fusion, i.e. Swiss apple strudel meats Italian desert - but tasted grate. They serve coffees, teas, good hot chocolate and desserts. They may serve more but we did not try anything else, given the time most people were having cups of coffee or tea or chocolate. Overall if you are in the area or are in the station and need to kill some time / in need of refreshments, this is a good place to stop by and "be refreshed" - beats sitting around in the station!Prices are representative of Switzerland - no different to any other other cafes.
Ein großartiger Ort, um vor der Reise einen schnellen Happen zu essen oder sich mit Freunden zu vergnügen und in der Sonne zu entspannen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Schnell essen, um einen Zug zu erreichen. Der Typ mit Bart war unglaublich. Unser Zug fuhr in 20 Minuten und er machte Käsepizza für uns zum Mitnehmen. Meine Frau wollte eine Falafelschüssel, obwohl sie sie nicht verkauften, erklärten wir es ihm und er machte sie. Sehr nahrhafte Leute und oh, die Pizza war durch Kratzer gemacht und es war unglaublich. Sehr angemessener Preis. Wir waren Inder und er fing sogar an, Hindi zu sprechen.
We wanted a bite and a drink on arrival at the station l before we went to a taxi for the hotel. Staff polite and friendly. The cool drinks were very welcoming what we needed. The hot veggie frits and the chocolate cake were better than we expected.
We came here after a long train ride before we wanted to find our hotel. The decor is not inviting from outside and inside is the kind of cafe that I would avoid at home, but the food was surprisingly good. My felafel packaging was extremely good and my husband enjoyed his pizza both washed with local beer. The staff is friendly. Free WiFi available (not something we found in other places in Switzerland. Good box stop!!!
The servers were nice and polite as well. The falafel wrap was creamy and delicious, and the pizza was thin crust, soft with great sauce.
The restaurant advertises that it sells Donner Kebabs among other things. After a long train journey, i ordered a Donner and some chicken wings. Both items were not what you’d expect. The donner was some meat in a bun!! Donner is meant to be in a pitta bread. The chicken wings were the weirdest looking wings I have ever seen. They had skin on and werent deep fried or coated. See attached photos. For the price being charged, one would expect the food to match what is advertised on the boards and what a dish commonly looks like,
Stopped in for an early lunch I got the doner pizza and it was amazing cooked to perfection with lots of cheese
