The gastronomic Eldorado in the Centovalli! I was allowed to spend two nights including culinary excellence in the Hotel Ristaurante Stazione with the hosts Eloa and Yanick. I have decided against photos because my illustrations and descriptions do not do justice to reality. I was greeted with one of the warmest greetings in Eloa. After a small hotel tour, I caught my breath when entering my room for the first time. Being first on the Titanic's railing is nothing compared to the prospect! And the best thing is, you lie in bed, have the balcony and this view in front of you! But I was looking forward to the evening. I opted (twice) for the 4 course carte blanche one of the best decisions of my life. On the first evening I was able to enjoy everything vegetarian (on request). The individual courses were so balanced, each component simply sat next to the high quality basic products, in the production and presentation! Ditto for the second night I opted for more meat. Yanick has fully exploited the culinary top level with regional products! In addition to the unbelievable food, there is of course also the service to be honored here. Not once did I have to ask for anything. Eloa fulfilled my every wish before I could express it. She passes on her knowledge with great passion and raises the gastronomic experience to a unique top level. When Eloa takes care of the other guests with great enthusiasm, Fabio is immediately there with his cheerful and courteous nature. In addition to the evening experiences, the morning should also be mentioned here. I was greeted by Fata with probably the warmest and most loving smile and shown to my breakfast table. The perfectly put together first meal of the day left nothing to be desired. Rounded off with the warm service, there's no better way to start the day! Basically, it can be said that the living room atmosphere with the high performance of the kitchen, service and housekeeping is unparalleled. I have found my new sanatorium for soul and body in the Ristorante della Stazione and can more than recommend a stay to everyone! Thank you for this experience! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We were there for ice cream. We paid 50.00 for 2 banana splits, a scoop of vanilla ice cream with berries, a non-alcoholic beer and a cappuccino. Oops.. Egg yolk from a breakfast guest stuck to the cappuccino spoon. Can happen.. When you pointed this out, the waiter took the half-drinked cappuccino and looked at the spoon with wide eyes. He didn't apologize, didn't offer a replacement and left the cappuccino on the bill. A no-go..

We unfortunately only had time to stop for a short drink after a long hike before taking the train back to Locarno but can only say what lovely service and the best coke ever! We will definitely aim to go back and do more than have a drink. Service: 5 Location: 5

For us the BEST address in Ticino. The new hosts are doing great! Big compliments to the whole team! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, im Hotel Ristorante Stazione in Intragna zu übernachten und dort zu essen, und können nur schwärmen! Seit März 2023 haben die beiden neuen Pächter, Eloa Geiser und Yanick Walker, das Ruder übernommen und präsentieren sich als wahre Gastro Profis. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurden wir herzlich von Eloa und ihrem Team empfangen. Die warme Atmosphäre und das stilvolle Ambiente sorgten für eine angenehme und entspannte Stimmung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in Bezug auf das Essen, den Service und unser Zimmer mehr als übertroffen. Das kulinarische Erlebnis im Ristorante Stazione war schlichtweg fantastisch. Yanick, ein eidg. Chefkoch, zauberte wahre Meisterwerke auf unsere Teller. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss und zeugte von Yanicks Leidenschaft für die Haute Cuisine. Die Auswahl an Gerichten war vielfältig, und sowohl die Präsentation als auch der Geschmack waren einfach exquisit. Eloa und ihr Team, sorgten dafür, dass der Service perfekt abgestimmt war. Freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen so erlebten wir den Service im Ristorante Stazione. Unser Zimmer im Hotel war ein echtes Juwel. Es war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir uns gewünscht hatten. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war tadellos. Es gab nichts, was uns gefehlt hätte. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Ristorante Stazione war ein absoluter Genuss. Die Leidenschaft und das Engagement der neuen Pächter waren in jedem Detail spürbar. Wir fühlten uns wie VIP Gäste und wurden rundum verwöhnt. Es ist klar, dass Eloa und Yanick ihr Handwerk verstehen und mit Herz und Seele dabei sind. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Das Ristorante Stazione ist definitiv ein Ort, den man erlebt haben muss, und wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.
