staff hardly speaks any other language. took quite an effort to order and to be sered. position was lovely and at the end of afternoon nice temperature . otherwise not great experience
The asparugus soup was not hot and resembled slightly curdled milk containing 3 small over cooked pieces of white asparagus. It was served with warm limp pitta bread which was suggested by the waiter (at an extra cost.) The souvlaki (pork) were tough and dry. The rice was soggy and over cooked. The waiter suggested a small salad (at an extra cost) - very average.
service very friendly, weather unfortunately no gastronomic service. Lunch menu:Tomato soup, maybe a bit lukewarm.Gyros from the swan with roasted carrot slices, saffron rices and tsatziki, hot and very good.Daydessert was a pudding cut, unfortunately the name is not for me, also good.At paying I had to wait a bit, although little was operating.
Hidden down a side alley, this restaurant is worth a visit. Based on Greek cuisine. The sharing platters are excellent to start and for main.
el greco is an excellent Greek restaurant right at the main square. nice service and very good Greek. kitchen. also the offered house wine was a dense.
eat top! operation very nice! we are Greek fans and will like to come again! Greek music could be a little louder but otherwise everything was great!
we ordered a mixed appetizer together and as a main course there was the el greco plate. the food was very successful and the personal friendly and fast. only the gyros was a bit dry for my taste.
A great little Greek Restaurant set back in an alley on the main square in Linz. Had a mezzo of hot and cold dishes for starters and a selection of grilled meats and fish for the main. An excellent place for a group of people dining.Very quiet, but very clean.The usual free glass of Ouzo to end your meal is a nice touch (quite smooth for a change!!)Easy enough to fall into the old Dubliner for a pint of Guinness to round off your night.
