very good memory of this restaurant. Stéphane und Régine Oppel betreiben auf halbem Weg von Noiraigue zum Creux du Van ein kleines Tierheim mit "Besenbeiz", die täglich von Mai bis Oktober geöffnet ist und den Wanderern Rast bietet. In der Gartenbeiz darf man sein eigenes Picknick essen, wenn man die Getränke im Restaurant bestellt. Im Les Oeillons ist Selbstbedienung.Jedes Mal gerne kehren wir im Les Oeillons ein. Im Angebot sind diverse Getränke und da sich die Beiz im Val-De-Travers befindet, wird auch Absinthe ausgeschenkt. Auf der Speisekarte gibt es typische regionale Spezialitäten wie Rösti mit Beinschinken oder Trockenwurst. Auf Voranmeldung kann man im Les Oeillons ein Käsefondue mit Morcheln geniessen. Besonders loben möchte ich die Trockenwürste, die ich im Restaurant als Wegzehrung gekauft habe.
