Da circa due anni quasi ogni settimana entro in questa area di servizio.Lo scorso anno avevo sempre il dispiacere di essere servito al bar da un uomo e una donna insopportabili per il loro cattivo modo di accogliere e servire la clientela.Negli ultimi mesi le cose erano cambiate; al loro posto trovavo del personale sorridente e accogliente. Lo scorso venerdì (17 febbraio) mi ritrovo a dover discutere con una ragazza che pensava di parlare con suo fratello.Mi sono fatto dare il nome perchè ero intenzionato a scrivere un reclamo alla City Quinto, purtroppo non ho trovato la mail del Customer Care e credo che lascerò perdere. Comunque il mio giudizio è pessimo e credo che cambierò area di servizio sulla strada del ritorno.
Due brathwurst e qualche patatina 31 franchi, tra l'altro nemmeno buoni, in più la cassiera ha fatto dello spirito alla mia sorpresa sul prezzo, vi consiglio vivamente di non fermarvi ed eventualmente uscire dall'autostrada e fermarvi in qualsiasi ristorante trovate che sarà comunque meglio!!
Autobahnrestaurant mit guter Italienischer Küche. Für ein Autobahnrestaurant sehr sauber und gepflegt. Freundliches Personal trotz zum Teil vielen Touristen die alle auf einmal kommen. Ausgezeichneter Expresso oder Tazze Grande. ein Halt ist ein Muss
E' la seconda volta che tornando dall'Olanda, autostrada E35, area servizio Ambrì-Piotta San Gottardo sud, ci fermiamo in questo autogrill, sarà che arrivando dopo le 22,00 non sono rimasti che gli avanzi, è la seconda volta che ne usciamo fortemente delusi. L'anno scorso abbiamo pensato ad una giornata sfortunata, pasta e pizza scadenti. Quest'anno abbiamo appurato che è una regola, pizza indigesta, più che pasta...un pastone. Il bello (sic) della situazione è che i prezzi sono "svizzeri".

Breve sosta obbligata all'area di servizio. Personale maleducato e prezzi da ristorante da guida Michelin. 50 cl di acqua 4.10 euro! Da evitare assolutamente.
Nous avons déjeuneé sur cette autoroute en nous rendant en Italie. C'est propre, vous avez accès à un restaurant type self ou à un snack. Au self, nous n'avons mangé que la plat de pâtes( bonnes) car le reste ne nous donnait pas envie (peut-être la présentation plus appropiée pour les nordiques). A la caisse, l'on nous a demandé si l'on pouvait payer en franc-suisse ou en euros, c'est bien. Nous pensons que la prochaine fois, nous attendrons l'Italie toute proche.
When we go to Italy, this is a kind of tradition to stop here first. It is right after the Gotthard Tunnel and it is good for a quick break. Be it because you are tired that the reservoir leads south, or to celebrate that you did not get traffic (we belonged to the last group). In addition to the petrol station and the self-service restaurant, there is a shop/kiosk and of course the bathrooms (most visitors use). The restaurant is good for a coffee or something, the food is your standard highway tariff. The bathroom costs. One dollar a person. But you can use the ticket as a discount for the shop above (and you can combine more than 1 ticket which is beautiful). For us it is just the first stop on the way to our holiday destination, a welcome quick break to stretch your legs and our dog for a quick walk after the long, dark tunnel. But in the end it is just another service area on the highway, but with a beautiful architecture.
