It started wonderfully, with friendly service, sensational appetizers and a greeting from the kitchen. Then came the main course, Chateau Briand for 4 people. The meat was not carved at the table. The whole portion was served at once, which made it totally cool when there was wind on the terrace. The meat itself was delicious, but also rather overcooked. This simply belongs in two sets, a pity for such an expensive dish. When we had all finished eating, no one came. Neither asked for a second helping, which is actually obligatory with this dish, nor for clearing away, nor for dessert requests. At least 20 minutes long. Then we ordered the bill inside, for which I had to pray again for at least 10 minutes. Well... lost dessert and coffee sales and upset customers. A pity!
