wunderschöne Atmosphäre und ein toller Service. Ich wollte schon immer ein Fondue probieren. Ich musste reservieren, da es eine kleine Stadt ist und einige Restaurants an manchen Tagen geschlossen sind. 8 Uhr war für uns genau richtig, nachdem wir im Wellness 4000 das Spa kennengelernt hatten. Zumindest waren wir satt, so dass wir den Dessertfond nicht probieren konnten. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Danke an Aruva-Stuba!
Very good variety of different fondue chooses. Specialties of the region including wild entrees. Make reservations as it is difficult to find a table.
Three of us ordered rösti for dinner at Arvu Stuba - we were all very pleased! The service was ok, but not excellent. They could easily make some dishes vegan which was also good. Also to mention: the water was excellent! Good prices for for...More
Very accommodating staff, friendly services, reasonable prices. In the center of town. Inside is a traditional looking wood decorated restaurant. Highly recommend the Mitra red wine...even if its a taboo to have red with fondue.
Saas Fee is one of my favorite places and this restaurant and bar is one of my favorite places here. We organized a surprise 40th birthday for my brother here. The owner worked with me, arranged reserving a table first in the bar and another in a private room in the restaurant. She planned every detail from the location to the decorations to the cake at the end. I could not have been more pleased with the service, the care and the food. I have been back a few time for an après ski drink and always have a pleasant experience. Get there early to get a table in the bar area as there is not a lot of space but the view is spectacular and the bar is so warm, welcoming and charming and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is.
The game season (Wild in German) has started and the Hirsch was excellent. Great wine selection, good service, the woodcut furnishings and other traditional trappings make this a great place to eat, with plenty of atmosphere and great bars for apéro or after-ski.
The young lady who took our orders was pleasant, the one who brought the bill was sour-faced. We took the aubergines dish with polenta. Little aubergine, mostly very bland polenta, partly cold (probably reheated in the micro-wave.) The red wine by the glass was good. Altogether a very mediocre dining experience but overpriced for the quantity and quality. The interior is quite artistically yet cosily arranged.
This restaurant was a good experience. The service was friendly and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I had the Swiss speciality - émincé à la Zurichoise with rösti - while my partner had fish. Everything was good and well presented. However, we found that the prices were somewhat in the upper range.The surroundings are cosy with wooden carvings. Outside there are beautiful flower displays, including edelweiss.
