Lovely place, extensive menu, friendly staff and reasonable prices! Have both eaten in and taken out several times, and have always been pleased. Crispy beef and lemon chicken are our personal favorites, but the curries are equally delicious.
We went to la Benediction on a Saturday evening. It was nearly empty, and didn't deserve to be! A lovely little "freebie" to start with of fried aubergines in batter - extremely light and very very tasty.We had the menu - wonderful chicken followed by spicy beef. And NO after taste of monosodium glutamate! But the next time we go, I will ask for a small portion - it was just so much! The lady in charge is from Hong Kong and speaks good French and English. Her husband, the chef, is Malaysian.The also do takeaway.If I had to criticise anything, it would possibly be that the service was actually TOO quick and we had finished in an hour and a half!A lovely touch - it was the night before Valentine's Day and ladies received a red rose.We will definitely return.....
Three years in Switzerland in search of a good and affordable Chinese restaurant. Let Benediction scored on both counts. We were initially there for lunch on Chinese New Year, found that the wife spoke the Cantonese and the husband (chef) was Malaysian. A good start.At lunchtime, the restaurant offered a selection 2 choices of plats du jour, and at a very reasonable price. I had duck and noodles, which came with soup or salad, great deal for 18chf. The meal was so good I ordered take out from them for dinner, which offered a 10% reduction. Nice selection of meats, seafood and vegetables. The dumpling are all home made. Highly recommend.
Good variety of dishes from sweet and sour chicken to mongolian curry. several dishes I have not seen on Chinese menus before. I usually have mine extra hot as I find the 'standard' not to be spicy enough for my taste.Staff always welcoming and friendly with quick service.

Three is a charm: it tries three times, now and three times from this world!! So different from many other Asian restaurants: the menu is very extensive: a lot of choice and the flavors are oh so different. Not everything tastes the same. Good quality meat; well seasoned, good portions, friendly staff: a jewel for the village!!! Next week back!!
Fantastic Asian cuisine! Nice service, ordered the food to go and it was quickly prepared, well packed with large portions. The quality of the food was superior and delicious, perfect season! Very recommended!
