Food was very dealicious, we had cream garlic soup - amazaing! And Cordon blue and traditional austrian food. Everythig great! Service was also very kind :-)) Recommended!
Even this restaurant we visited for dinner on December 30 without the previous reservation. But the staff was really flexible and one nice table for four was offered to us. We had some fishes, classical Austrian meal as well recommended regional food. The portions were more than sufficient and all meals were tasty. Besides the flexibility, the staff was helpful and with positive customer-oriented attitude.
We loved the service given by Anne-Marie and Leo when they managed the lankmayer. They now offer the same amazing service and fantastic food at the Wirtshaus, a renovated old building on the road into st mick.Always happy to find room and accommodate us, even in large groups of 22. They excel at great service and delicious traditional food.The mixed grill, grill teller, and the ribs are fantastic as is the zander fillet, a type of trout fish.Great atmosphere, beautiful building and the best food.
We tried soups, Nudelsuppe was OK, garlic soup really tasty. Had also one desert Topfenstrudel with icecream - verry good. Coffees were also good, cappuccino beautifully presented. Recommended.
We were blessed with an excellent restaurant in our hotel but tried others and this was without doubt the best food of our stay. The owners used to run a different restaurant but this is outstanding, roomy, excellent service, great menu and of course very good food
Nice new restaurant in St. Michael im Lungau, with a nice winter terrace. Staff is really nice and helpful, food is really good quality although the choice is not so wide. I expected more choices, instead you can find only normal things. However, I have to say (and I have already said that) quality is high, and it is really value for money. One nice thing about this restaurant is that the chef is walking around the tables, and you can have a chit chat with him.
not much to choose from a menu. eat ok, but not stunning, only regular regional dishes that they can get anywhere on any other. nothing to remember, from a visit. I was a bit despised as the restaurant “No 1” was called in a city. I don't know why there are better options. positive side: the personal is friendly and the place is also visited by the locals.
we were a family of 8 ppl and happy to get a table on the afternoon. make sure and make a reservation in advance. many local ppl dining rooms here because there are no tourist breaks off. had a very intelligent and fast waitress. all eight dishes were of sound quality and taste. the beinsalate can be mixed with the salatable. reasonable prices.
