Das Cafe du Marche ist meine 1. Adresse für ein feines Mittagessen in Sion! Es wird eine feine, kleine Karte präsentiert, immer superfein gekocht und rasch, aber nie hektisch an die wenigen Tische gebracht - darum: reservieren! Die Qualität des hier Genossenen war immer ohne Tadel, sehr fantasievoll und glöeichzeitig grundsolide, Chapeau!Die Weinauswahl ist überzeugend, auch werden bisweilen grosse Tropfen offen angeboten, wie beim letzten Mal, als ich auf diese Weise unverhofft zu einem Schluck Syrah vieilles vignes von Simon Maye & fils kam, wo gibt's das schon?Die Gastgeberschaft bot uns einen erstklassigen Service von A - Z - gerne immer wieder!
A real haven of peace on the mythical street of conthey, this market café is a beautiful discovery. in a very design setting, the staff officiates with dexterity and professionalism. the map is original and well balanced, with some beautiful discoveries. all this should be enough for our happiness with nevertheless an hic: the water is charged to chf. 9.80 the 7.5 dl. which carries the liter of these bubbles to slunch without great flavor has more chf. 13.00. So it's better to drink wine, the region in a vanity.
