this is the restaurant and bar or the ibis hotel. we had breakfast and late night drinks there and were told by others the food was excellent. staff were brilliant. very attentive

Chefkoch Paulo war wirklich nett und bereit, alle meine Fragen zu beantworten! Wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn Sie in Sion sind. Und nur damit Sie es wissen: Der Name dieses Ortes ist „Le bistrot des copains“!

After a long day of work, I had a steak for dinner. It was served with a sauce that I assume is made with cream. After a couple of hours, in my bedroom, I started to feel nauseated and also I had abdominal pain. I ended up throwing up all the dinner. The next day I explained the situation to the receptionist of the hotel, and her answer was that I should had eaten spoiled food during the day. I asked to meet the manager during the week that I was about to stay. But I got no answer. At the checkout, I expressed that I felt really disappointed by the treatment received. But again, same answer from the receptionist.
