I enjoyed a very nice meal here. There is the option for outing in or outside I chose inside. The service was very friendly and really very busy when I was there. It is obviously popular. I also enjoyed all courses of the meal .
When changing trains at Spiez, miss one, nip out of the station to this restaurant, enjoy the view, coffee, ice cream whatever, for an hour and get the next train!
We landed in this restaurant while casually exploring Switzerland. We just happened to take a train to Spiez from Interlaken, saw this restaurant, saw the view it had to offer and decided to take a seat. We ended up ordering some french fries and a cheese pie. It was the best cheese pie I had ever had and the fried to perfection fries and the view made it an evening to remember. This place is a must visit.
This place is not fancy, however the food was top notch. It was recommended by the tourist information center by the train center. I knew it had to be good because lots of locals were eating there. The views were awesome from their deck. The food is prepared fresh so you have to wait a little but it was worth the wait. The pricing is also very fair. The menu is limited but you can be sure find something you would like. I had the duck breast with couscous and melon and it was only 20 swiss francs.
we were delighted with the view over the thuner see, very satisfied with the caffe crème. also the cheesecake was as such in order, but it should not be praised under the heading "good to caffe -- homemade cake", because a gläschen riesling would have better adapted to this quiche than caffe crème.
Simple brewery, a very nice welcome, a superb view of the lake. We wanted a simple and fast lunch and a nice view, was perfect.
hidden, at the beginning of the sea road, were 2 stays here first positiw. the food, delicious, individual, good. but especially nice, the service, the room where you have a fantastic view au the most beautiful book europa’s. to provide free for a meeting. service discreet, retaining- eating and cappuccino- good!
the lunch has not caused any enthusiasm, old brot to salat, a homemade carving bread with old ruchbrot, honestly such a creation we had never seen.
