Visited here as didn't want to go into the city centre. Food was of a good standard. Interesting wine list. Prompt enough service and staff helpful and efficient. We sat on the outside terrace. Be warned that smoking is allowed here at present.
Thoroughly enjoyed our meals here and the accompanying wine. The waiters were pleasant and brisk. Meals are delicious and so large I was ...almost ... sorry I ordered a shared entree of crisp skin potato dumplings. Dessert was a bridge too far!
Unassuming restaurant behind Railway station. Decor is good, service excellent and food great, although menu is limited.
Up the street from my hotel, Starr Inn is a mustard colored building, "The Restaurant" or "der Ringsmuth - Restaurant & Catering". My wife and I figured any place by a train station would have institutional food at high prices but we had to eat. We couldn't have been more wrong. Excellent food, good prices, English speaking wait staff and no pressure to get up and leave once dinner is over. We had dinner there twice.
Visited here for dinner without booking a table,no problem.Staff and service were both excellent.The waiters advice about the wine list was first class.The food was superb,well presented,really tasty and first class.Would highly recommend both the food and service.
Despite it's modest exterior, this is an attractive traditional restaurant opposite the main station. Inside it is smart with ample room, plus an outside terrace at rear.The menu was a bit limited, but my wife opted for a 3 course special at e28 whilst I went for Knusperscnitzel at e12.90 followed by ice-cream.All the food was good.Prompt, attentive service added to the already pleasant atmosphere.
The food was good here and if you are passing through the station is a stones throw away. The choice was a little limited in my opinion but the service was good and the staff were friendly. Not the best we visited but nothing wrong with it at all.
I came in as a broke American student traveling around Europe hoping to get one nice meal before my train to Prague. I arrived 20 minutes after opening and was the only one in the restaurant. The waiter who was a bigger guy with a beard and who did not seem very interested in chatting. I ordered dumplings as an appetizer which were good and the veal snitzchel. Dumplings took 15-20 mins to come out which is fine if I wasn't the only one inside. Snitzchel was okay but not amazing. What really displeased me was when I ordered an expresso at the end of my meal he "forgot" my change. Could have been an honest mistake but his reaction put up red flags for me. Be sure you get change back when go to this place
