Wow! The food is fantastic and the owner is so friendly and kind to us! We ordered a Portugal specialty sandwich, clams and octopus amazing and flavourful. The octopus is so soft! I miss it already!
One of the best shrimp plates that u can’t taste elsewhere. First day got here in Luzern and found this place from the corner. My sea food spaghetti plate also tasted great. Highly recommended.
Generous portions! The food was good. I ordered a pork chop which came with herbed butter and fries, yum! There's also a big salad included and they have Sagres which paired well with the meal. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!
We were shocked with the owner’s rudeness. We got there during a Saturday and decided to stay for lunch although the owner mentioned it would take some time as they were serving another big table. After waiting around 10 mins, I simply asked how long would they estimate would be the waiting time. And then we heard a rude loud owner shouting at us that she cannot predict how much time it would take and she has warned us about the delay, and better if we leave! Simply as that, and of course we left. I put this comment here with the hope that they would learn and improve
Leckeres, frisch gemachtes portugiesisches Essen. Wir hatten einen leckeren Oktopus und einen perfekten Kabeljau mit Meeresfrüchten und heimischen Fritten. Das Restaurant war leer (außerhalb der Saison und kovidierte Krisenzeit) also waren wir ein bisschen zögerlich bei der Einreise... aber es war so eine gute Entscheidung! Möchte zurückkommen, hoffentlich in einer fado-Nacht!
ein bescheidener Ort, nichts Phantasie, sondern köstliche portugiesische Küche, gekocht und serviert von den Portugiesen den Platz. wir teilten einen Teil der Muscheln (in einem köstlichen moustard souce), gefolgt von zwei Portionen gegrilltem Oktopus (serviert mit gebackenen Kartoffeln und Gemüse). mit einer Flasche weißen portugiesischen Wein (von der Halbinsel Setubal) und zwei Kaffee, die Rechnung auf rund 110 CHF. es war dann wirklich mehr wert. tolles Essen und definitiv unterschätzt hier auf Tripadvisor , wenn Sie nach etwas anderes suchen, dann die üblichen italienischen von asiatischen Restaurants hier. Vorsicht: nur Bargeld. keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert. Das ist Teil der nicht touristischen Umgebung hier.
There are plenty of places to eat in Interlaken but mostly American or Chinese. We wanted to eat something that the local have so walked around the back streets till we found this little place. The menu is all in their local language but recognized chicken so ordered that. Well, we certainly were not made to feel welcome. No smiles just stares from the staff and other patrons. Guess they don't get many tourists in their little cafe
