The interior and decoration is very nice, the food you have to take it to your table. Itis tasty, but still like quick food, not like a'la carte. Prices - compared how high they have to carry anything are acceptable.
(Some) friendly staff, nice setting and decoration in just a unique location. But food is really average at cost as high as the location. There's nothing wrong with average though, I guess this place is mostly crowded with skiers throughout the year looking for a quick and fast bite. And why not, that's all right...
We were on a walking tourist tour from the highest stop of cable car, and take a break in this restaurant. It is clean, with solid offer of ready meals standard for such places . Prices are "standard" , drinks maybe little bit expensive. Staff correct. View is something what gives this restaurant one more point. Atmosphere was nice, since there was at the beginning of September outside temperature very low, and there was fire in the fireplace. That was really relaxing. I think, I'll be back again next year.
Nothing wrong with this at all, after all you are 6000 feet up a mountain. Clean restaurant and rest rooms, nice staff but the food is just ordinary.
The Kaiserburg is a really nice Ski Restaurant at the end of one of the ski lifts of the ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim.During a week of skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim we visited it several times. It was always possible to find a decent place for our whole group and the food was really good (not exactly cheap as well but thats something I consider "normal" for this kind of restaurants).
Was als schöner Tag beginnt, endet schlecht. Am Nachmittag funktioniert der Aufzug nicht mehr. Also arrangierten sie einen anderen Weg nach unten. Ich war mit meinen beiden Töchtern und einem Baby dort. Sie lassen uns 2 Stunden lang in der Kälte stehen und geben uns keine Auskunft. Nach 2 Stunden kamen viele Autos, um uns Leute zu bringen, aber was passiert: Schaut euch an! RICHTLINIEN DES RESTAURANTS! Alle kamen aus dem Restaurant und nehmen in den Autos Platz. Sie ließen uns stehen, drei Damen und ein Baby. Da wurde ich sehr wütend. Ich habe zuerst Frauen und Babys kennengelernt... Alle, besonders Männer!! Setz dich und lass uns dort stehen. Ohne meine Tochter und mein Baby! Meine Tochter wurde traurig, was mich wütend auf die Leute im Restaurant machte, besonders auf die Männer!! Nun ja, am Ende haben wir es geschafft und hatten einen netten Chauffeur, der mit meiner Tochter und ihrem Baby mitfühlte. Aber an alle Leute im Restaurant: Schaut euch an! Sieh dich an!
Wir waren zweimal hier und haben die Suppen gegessen und sie waren großartig. Tipp: Gulaschsuppe, grüne Erbsensuppe und Tomatensuppe. Zum Gulasch gibt es kostenloses Brötchen. Der Service ist normal und freundlich, aber nichts Besonderes.
Located at the top of the Kaiserberg cable car system, the views from all windows are fantastic. Only remained for a hot chocolate that was well received after it came out of the cold. Prices are higher, but then it's on a mountain!
