After visiting the lovely town, we decide to go for a coffee, we enter this small place, and we ask for 2 express. when paying out 10 euros and I ask how much I pay? the lady thinks a little and then says 6 euros, in the meantime an elderly person approaches and says 8 euros, I give it 10 euros and gives me 2 francs of rest. at the end 2 expressed at the counter 8,2 euro. and less bad that the Italians are dishonest.
la passarella has taken over the former creparia and is now operated by the former owner of the hotel sonne im fextal. eating is excellent. it is small and fine, and it is nothing about the self-baked, incredibly good chestnut cake. in the summer it is very nice on the square: sunny, cozy, there always runs something, and it is simply a good place. the small restaurant itself is really very small, but very, very cozy. I've been here since the little restaurant exists.

as a pause in the long run we can either turn in grond or in the passarella - this time we won la passarelle, as you could enjoy the sun on the terasse.The salads and flammkuchen convince - especially the flammpie with goat cheese, rucola and honey is recommended.
the interior of the room is very small (4 tables and 12 seats overall!!) but quiet and very pleasant. offers a limited number of dishes including soups, alsatian pizzas, cheese fondue and raclette, some Italian dishes (lagna, ossobuco.:) all well executed and presented. it also has a wider outdoor space (a dozen tables) enjoyable, on sunny days, even in winter. courteous service, high prices as in the Swiss standard
The tables looked very inviting, so we choose this place for a lunch. Meals were not overwhelming. None of us praised it. The service was seemed not in the mood on that day or maybe the restaurant was a little understaffed.
