during my 10-day stay I did not eat a single dish twice. the selection is goss, very carefully prepared. always with one or more tasteful surprises. the selection of products is exemplary: what can come from the region comes from the region, and it seems that only the best suppliers are taken into account. sustainable, creative cooking and responsibility for nature and animals are not contradictory here.

Then in the cozy arvenstube gave a 7 course gourmet menu from the gastkoch rick moonen with corresponding wines of martel. tastefully the individual passages were top - in part the portions were somewhat too large. friendly and attentive service. all in all a very successful evening!

We enjoyed delicious multi-course meals 5 nights in a row during our recent stay at the Waldhaus and we were never served the same dish twice! The traditional dining rooms have large windows with a great view of the surrounding mountains. The staff is both friendly and attentive. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
