Very magical restaurant! With a lots of smal details and you can see the love in everything. Food, decoration and lots more. The Lam is the best in town!
We go there every year and it's every time a wonder. I can't go to zermatt without going to heini's. the dishes are perfect, the just wonderful wines and the warm and friendly atmosphere. The lamb trio is sumptuous. I travel around the world and I don't eat lamb as good as there. this place is unique by the quality of the menus only by the sympathy of the entire staff. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Wird sehr schön angerichtet serviert. Kleine aber feine Karte und sehr gute Weine.
Als Abschluss eines schönen Zermatt Urlaubs haben wir uns einen Besuch im "Chez Heini" gegönnt. Alles in alles kann ich sagen: perfekter und überaus freundlicher Service, dennoch unkonventionell, super Lammkarree und unfassbar gutes Lammfilet! Auch die Showeinlage hat die enge Verbundenheit von Dan Daniell zu Zermatt gezeigt und hat uns mitgerissen. Immer wieder gerne!
