Der Service hier war unglaublich. Wir kamen herein, um zu reservieren, nachdem wir im Vorbeigehen draußen die Speisekarte gesehen hatten. Der nette Herr hinter der Bar versprach uns einen guten Tisch (ohne dass wir darum gebeten hätten) und als wir ein paar Tage später ankamen, hatte er einen großen Tisch am Fenster nur für uns beide. Wir bestellten jeweils ein kleines Thunfischtatar und einen Caesar-Salat zum Teilen. Das Thunfisch-Tartar war fantastisch, serviert mit dünnen Pommes und der Caesar-Salat war auch großartig! Der Service war fabelhaft, ich würde es auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen. Von außen sehr unscheinbar, aber unglaubliches Essen.

excellent dinner in a very nice and relaxing environment. the dishes proposed, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the environment collected, have helped us to spend an excellent evening.
We stayed at the Monte Rosa Hotel and visited Edward's Bar-Cafe for a drink with friends. It is on the ground floor beside the hotel reception.The atmosphere is terrific and the bar is pleasantly furnished. Staff are helpful and the local beer was good. We were also given some nibblesMy friends also ate in the bar and said that the traditional food was pretty good
We decided to dine there this time and it was fantastic!!! They know Leni from Coeur des Alpes and we´d a nice chat with the man in charge! Food was very good!!! We had a nice table by the window. Next year we´ll eat there again.
a beautiful place, a lovely service and excellent food quality (such as all the hostels managed by the Mont cervin palace.) only the coffee (really not good) denotes but otherwise everything is perfect! a redo so :-)
Gemütliche Bar im Zentrum von Zermatt ist eine angenehme Alternative den Abend, nach einem leckeren Essen in der Umgebung, stilvoll ausklingen zu lassen.
Stumbled upon this little gem early evening while looking for a place to have dinner. One item on the menu caught our attention - tortelli with oxtail, mushrooms and Parmesaan sauce. That was an insanely good tasting dish! Staff was also very professional and friendly.
