the service was very bad, very impolite and rude behavior of the staff, our plates and table were cleaned even before we could finish though it was not busy time , one more Asian man got yelled at as he entered the restaurant without waiting for them to show him the table.
This is right at what they call as Top of the Europe. Amazing view from each seat. Feels like you are right there in the Glacier having food. Service was nice and very European. It is a fine dining formal eating place. Prices were reasonable looking at where you are. Food was tasty. We could not ask for anything more.

The view at the restaurant was great but there is a racist waitress who was so rude to asian customer, she threw the menu infront of u and gives u black face while u ordered. When asked for bill, no one wants to come over, we had to walked to the counter infront of that waitress to ask her for it. The guy waiters are okay but only this particular waitress makes my entire trip feels sinky. The winter menu main comes out disappointing as well. Beef was well-done instead of medium rare.. last warning- Do not visit if you are asian.
Lugar agradável, atendimento maravilhoso, vista sem descrição de tão bela que é.Já a comida minha experiencia não foi muito boa, pois pedi um fondue dos alpes e o mesmo vem com álcool e com o passar do tempo começou a rodar tudo numa altitude de mais de 3mil metros. mas depois de muita água, voltamos ao normal rsrs mas meus amigos pediram outros pratos e adoraram.
I had the deer and my wife had the vegetarian dish.Both dishes were RUBBISH!We only had a bite and could not have any more.Also we paid 90 Franks for this terrible place.Do not go there!!
My sister and I had the most delicious lunch on the "Top of Europe". My sister had the Lobster Bisque which she almost licked the bowl; I had the Jugged Beef which was equally delicious. You pay for the view - but what a view. If you trek up the hill - do yourself a favor and start the Tour with a delicious lunch at this restaurant. :)
At the Jungfraujoch's Peak, it's either Korean noodles, Lindt chocolates, or the Crystal Restaurant....fine dining place with HUGE servings. The price is not cheap but each service may be shared by 2 to 5 people. The service - if you are served by this wonderful smiling girl - was great. Her name was of a boy's but she was pretty and charming. (so sorry i forgot her name). Every dish was great, and there's bread with whatever you're having. Dessert was also very good. Overall, a wonderful dining experience in a wonderful and unforgettable place =)
