Die Bodmi liegt etwas vom grindelwaldner Zentrum entfernt. Genau das richtige für uns. Es hat keinen Massentourismus dafür ist es ruhig- Essen / Service/ Ausblick etc. vom feinsten - uns wird man hier wieder bald antreffen
this hotel stands in a great position in the middle of the nursery and training ski school busy area in winter, sadly this well appointed hotel does not feel children friendly.The staff can often make you feel that you are a trouble especially if something is not right. The food is nothing special and the service is poor at times expensive.
Am letzten Tag unserer Ferien waren wir zum Abendessen im Bodmi. Die weil es in gemütlicher Gehdistanz zu unserer Ferienwohnung liegt. Das Abendessen war sehr gelungen und der Service aufmerksam und freundlichen. Für unsere kleine Tochter war auch gesorgt. Bzgl. Speisekarte würde ich mir noch eine Ergänzung mit "momentan aktuellen" Gerichten wünschen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.
I was in the middle of my first ski lessons (I am a natural obviously) and needed something hearty to refuel. Everyone knows pasta is the ticket so I ordered the spaghetti Napoli (in tribute to our impending trip there) and it was pretty good. There was some water in the bowl suggesting the pasta hadn't been drained properly but it was hot and tasty.Staff were good although the prices were a little steep (captive audience syndrome).Unless you bring your own, it's all you get really but was still good.
An einem wunderschönen Wintertag haben wir die Bodmi Arena besucht und sind im Restaurant Bodmi zum Mittagessen eingekehrt.Von den Preisen wurden wir negativ überrascht und konnten es kaum glauben, dass die konkurrenzlose Lage so schamlos ausgenützt wird!Das Essen war aber sehr gut und hätte eine bessere Bewertung verdient!
Walking around that area and able to find only this hotel and restaurant, so we just went in. Located besides the ski area, it was very packed. We need to find and wait for our own table like a food court, which is not really that good. Ordered simple food only, rosti with egg and green salat. The taste is better than expected. The atmosphere there is actually not that bad as well, with some people more focused on going out to ski, some freely enjoying a late lunch, some ate which their kids, etc. a fairly nice place to eat.
Le restaurant des pistes le midi de métamorphose le soir en très bonne table.Produits de qualité, accueil et service chaleureux et attentionnés.Prix "suisses", donc élevés (par rapport à des prestations comparables en France) mais dans la norme de la zone.
My husband and I ate breakfast here each day during our 6 day visit and enjoyed dinner two nights while visiting. The service was very good and the food was delicious. A great selection of wine, too.
