Congratulation to the former "sous-chef", Rémi Sauvageot, who is now leading the team at the Restaurant 45. I travel a lot and often have the opportunity to go to so-called "famous restaurants"... and am mostly disappointed by the fact all those restaurants serve some kind of standard food, covering the real taste of food with butter, salt and other complicated sauces, focus on the look and not food, to please an international crowd used to it. It is rare enough to find a place where you can enjoy both the location, the service and the food, it is definitely worth mentionning Restaurant 45. Highly recommended to those who enjoy real food, and not at all for those who are used to so often over-rated standard cuisine.
